Urgent! Baby weight loss!
Writing this in floods of tears, my baby was born 12 days overdue at 8lbs 5oz.
At his 4 week appointment he was just up to 8lbs again, today at his 6 week appointment my health visitor weighed him and he was down to 7lbs 9.
She said she was very shocked and it's disappointing... but I have 5 days for him to put on weight otherwise my baby's going into hospital💔
He's breastfed and I have a great supply, I usually express every morning and at night before going to bed...
So if anyone has any similar experiences or advice I'd be more than happy to take it on board!

UPDATE!
Got a urine sample of my sons tested and it turns out he has a urine infection! Possibly why he had lost weight and isn't gaining! Feel so awful I never noticed but he's been in great form! Started antibiotics so hopefully he'll start to gain and is on the mend! Thank you all for your advice, will take it all on board as well!❤
