stopping... and not getting it back.

Has anyone ever experienced it where youre masterbating and get really close to an orgasm but then you stop for a split second. Whether you heard something off in the distance, needed to adjust, or whatever it may be, you stop for about .03 seconds and then can't get it back/have that orgasm?

This has happened to me a couple of times and its really frustrating. Just wondeing if this is normal or how one might get around this.
