stripping membrane?

So my doctor is supposed to be stripping my membrane on Monday. How long did everyone go into labor after they got theirs stripped?

I'm skipping it. Friend had t done at 38 wks and didn't have baby until almost 41 wks

Had it done Monday.......no results. 😞 But it didn't hurt at all so it was worth trying.

I had mine done tuesday morning- 1cm/30% effaced.
Friday morning... had a lot of cramping through wednesday but after that all has been quiet.

I just had it done. It's pretty tough if your cervix is not really kpen for it. It has a 25% chance of sending you into labor, so don't expect it to work.
