I am Sharon and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I experience monthly ovulation pains during my menses cycles which make me feel very uncomfortable and quite moody and I wonder why ovulation pains is not a much-talked-about topic in female reproductive health.. Its this constant nudging pain on the side of my ovaries depending on the ovary releasing the egg. How do you deal with problem? Could it be that I have an underlying issue and the ovulation pain is just but a symptom? Thank you and looking forward to your responses.
