Acne while pregnant-HELP PLEASE

So since I've been pregnant (9 +1) my face has broken out really bad. I've read most over the counter meds and scrubs arent safe, true? Anyone know any safe home remedies I can try? I look like a 12 year old going through puberty! 😱😧😭😣
