Does anyone else one here suffer/think they suffer from PMDD (premenstrual dyspeptic disorder)? I do and it was a LOOOOONGGG time until I even knew that's what it was. I tried all the natural options but none of that worked and eventually I got prescribed anti-depressants and it has worked WONDERS!! I just wanted to ask because it was so hard for me and I wanted people to have a place to talk about their experiences and also hear what others have done to help themselves. ❤
