Consuming only 800 to 1000 calories a day
I'm 18 and I weigh 153lbs. I've been doing a diet where I'm cutting gluten (I'm allergic to it), artificial sugars (only sugars from fruit), soda, and other junk foods.
I usually eat bananas, oranges, canned tuna, celery, carrots, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc...
I feel fine. I'm not fatigued or hungry between meals. When i exercise I make sure to eat more calories than what I listed above. I just don't want to kill myself but I also feel fine.
