Me and my fiance are flying out to gran caneria from the UK at the end of March. I will turn 29 weeks the day we go. It is a 4 hour flight and the weather is going to be some what hot.

If anyone has been abroad roughly around the same amount of weeks as I will be before any advice and reassurance would really make me feel better. I've been to this place before so u know my way around and we're everything is etc. I guess I'm just a bit nervous flying and being in hot weather while in the 3rd trimester.

Is there certain sun creams you have to use while pregnant or can you use any as long as its high? Will my baby get stressed from the change of pressure in the air while flying?

Worrying about mosquito's even though it's not a zika virus risk place? Worrying about eating dodgy food and getting food poisoning!

....they are a few things I'm worrying about lol!!
