Just wondering everyone's opinion of delivering little peanut. I've had a natural birth with my first child and a c-section with my second child. Just wondering if I should go with a VAC (vaginal after cesarean) or should I just go with a cesarean this time around? I've had some small issues with my pelvic floor already being tilted forward which makes it a bit painful during the days while I'm at work and she's pushing down on me and the bladder, but I'm not sure I want that to be my decision to just opting for a c-section this time around. What's your thoughts on this topic?
