Hey ladies! Getting really to introduce solids to my 5 month old so what time of the day would be the best to give him solids?  Thanks!

We do dinner because that's when we all sit down together (at least when my husband is home). Now the baby gets to sit in her high chair and be included, too.

-wait 3-4 days to start a new food that way you have enough time to see if any adverse reactions occur due to 1 food
- 6 to 8 months babies should get 8oz of solids per day 2 to 3 times
-mix formula or breastmilk to thin out homemade puree that may be too thick
