Boyfriend Help😢

He keeps telling me that if i really love him i'd wait for him after he takes a month break away from me so he can focus on himself.  We've been arguing lately and he says it's stressing him out but i rarely see him as is and we've been dating for 2 yrs.. Why should he cut me off for a month if he claims he really loves me and doesn't want to do this, why would he still? i'm so depressed from this and need help girls..
