Steroids for lungs

Hello! I'm 34+6

I've been having growth scans and my baby has gone from 80th centile, to 30th and now to well under 10th... because of this I've had to be given the 2 steroid injections for baby's lung development.

I had the first Wednesday, second Thursday. Friday I was very lethargic. Saturday I woke and my boobs were very much engorged. There was a large patch on the sheet where I'd leaked in my sleep too. All day both boobs were rock hard and massive. I ended up expressing before bed so I could move/sleep etc. I have leaked before but literally a drop and that's it and only out my left breast.

Is it normal to begin leaking such a large amount after steroids?

Any help or advice on this or small baby or early c section would be appreciated. Pic attached is my growth scan plots x
