What do you do when you're sick?

I'm horribly sick, and obviously I know there's only certain things you can take while pregnant and I really want to try my best not to take anything unless it gets completely awful. But what do you guys do when you are sick with a cold?

I'm in the middle of a really bad cold too. It sucks but I'm not taking any medication for it. Try sipping on hot water and lemon, drinking soups, eating chilis, pretty much anything warm.  I've been in bed the last 2 days and am going to take some off. I just keep reminding myself it'll be gone soon so there's no point in pills.

Boil water and throw Vicks in and inhale, decafe tea with a little honey, and when you really can't handle it, take a sudopfed-ask pharmacist which one for pregnant people (I believe it's the 24 hour one). I did it one time and it worked miracles.

Tylenol severe cold and flu is allowed.  It works wonders.  Google safe meds to take when pregnant. Anything listed as Class A is ok, Class B is ok but ask pharmacist, Class C...DO NOT TAKE, unless directed by and under supervision by your Dr!

Tylenol severe contains phenylephrine which is NOT safe. Decreases blood flow to baby. Always make sure to read labels! Acetaminophen, guafenesin are safe. They make a mucinex that just contains guafenesin. Best solution I've had is just hot showers, neti pot, warm compress on my face, and Vicks
