anxiety/stress because of work
So lately when I have stress my anxiety kicks in to the point where I'm struggling with keeping my breathing under control before I get a panic attack. I know it's all work related (I can't miss a work phone call or I can potentially lose my job, same thing if I show up 5 mins late or not having the proper equipment for work or I'll be fined) I LOVE my job but this stress and anxiety is killing me. Anyone have any techniques on to help a girl out with staying calm and not getting worked up?
