So I worked very hard on building my freezer stash of breast milk over the last 6 months. I just started defrosting a bag here and there to add to my sons food. Every bag so far is spoiled! I froze them right away after pumping and never let them be frozen longer then 4 months. I'm defrosting them over night in the fridge and I also tried under hot water. I'm so upset that my stash is going to be all bad!
