I'm 40 weeks today been in active labor since a "failed" induction 2 week ago tomorrow and my contractions are getting stronger and more painful and closer together. I called my Dr and he said to wait it out till my appt at 945am tomorrow since before trying the induction I was 2 cm dilated n no effacement but was sent home 70% effaced and couldn't tell dilation cause of how my baby's head was. Can I take a hot bubble bath or will bubble bath irritate my cervix n such? My Dr said to lay down n sleep but unfortunately there too painful.
