what does a pregnancy pillow help?

Just curious. I've been having hip,back and pubic bone aches since I entered my 2nd trimester. (14 weeks pregnant)

Would a pregnancy pillow help with that? 
This is my first baby, so I don't always know what everything is for.

I have the same problems and it helps me a lot, I would barley have any sleep if it weren't for that thing

Oh yes. They are amazing. I have the snoogle and love it. It helps with my hip pain.

Love my preggo pillow. The kind I got is very versatile...can use it to help you recline in bed, wrap legs around and snuggle to better align hips and back, elevate your feet if swollen. After baby is here, it can work as a nursing pillow, or a lil "cage" of sorts while we're laying on the bed (supervised!).
