Probably a little white head, I wouldn't worry too much. You can try to extract the whitehead (lots of videos on youtube) but only if it's not tender.

I have 1 always have its nothing I wouldn't squeeze it cuz then it'll stay like that it's just like all the little dots around your nipple I tried to show a picture but it wouldn't go up
