Recurring yeast infections ruining my sex life :( :( :( :(

For the past 2 years, I've been having yeast problems. It started right around when I started birth control. I keep getting yeast infections almost every month like clockwork. I've been to the gyno at least 15-20 times since this started. They've done vaginal cultures and wet mounts and I keep getting that I only have yeast. I was tested for diabetes recently and came back normal. I've tried 4 different kinds of birth control - Yasmin, Sprintec, mini pill and now the implant. I've had yeast with all of them.

This has basically happened ever since I started having sex. I've only ever had any kind of sex at all with my current boyfriend of 2 years. Basically, nearly 2 weeks of each month since we've been together I've been indisposed due to yeast, either symptoms or treatment. He's been treated with diflucan several times too, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I'm currently using vaginal probiotics *have to put them up there* and I have to take diflucan weekly for the next 6 months.

My doc has now told me that oral sex is off the table, that using fingers is probably not the best idea either, and that sex in general can throw off my vagina's pH *because of semen/possibly lube on condoms*.

I feel like I can't be sexual at all and it makes sex unenjoyable for me when I can have it because I'm worried about the yeast coming back from whatever we're doing.

At the same time, I love the connection sex gives me with my boyfriend and miss it when we don't have it. I just feel so conflicted. I feel like I've tried nearly everything and my yeast problem just won't go away.
