When do u tell your family/close friends ur pregnant!?

So i found out im pregnant as early as u possiby can find out (before missed period) and i wanna tell the WORLD but my husband wants to wait... when do you tell?

My argument is if i miscarry these are my people and i will wanna grieve with them

You can tell them whenever you want but in my opinion I would wait just incase of a miscarriage or something else happens 
And also the best time to tell is after the first ultrasound

I told people in stages. Very close family as soon as I got the positive (by which time I was already approaching 8w). Then told other family after ultrasound. And will be public knowledge after my next doc appt if everything is good.

I waited and told everyone together when I was 18 weeks at a surprise gender reveal party! We wanted time to be excited as just me and my husband! Now we did tell both sets of parents at 8 weeks. But no one else!

I'm in the same boat as you. I want to tell my family at 8 weeks but my husband wants to wait until 12 to tell everyone. I'm currently only 5 weeks and it is driving me crazy!

Family/close friends I told immediately, so about 4 weeks. We didn't announce publicly (FB) until I was 12 weeks. After I saw the Dr at 10 weeks I wasn't really trying to hide it as much anymore though. Told someone if they wanted to know. Lol

I kept my first pregnancy more secret and did have a miscarriage about 8 weeks in. I agree with having a support system for your MC. Miscarriage should not be so secret, it makes it feel SO isolating. I actually shared my story of my MC on social media even though I hadn't announced that pregnancy, and it made me feel so much better to hear from people who had also miscarried (especially people I had no idea had gone through it). For my current pregnancy I told people about it pretty much as soon as I found out, since I figured worst case scenario I announce another MC, and I'd been there and done that so I knew I could handle it.

I haven't done any cutesy social media "announcements" yet but I'm planning to do one next week after I get my 18 week anatomy scan ultrasound, and that's also when I'm announcing at work (my manager knows but no one else does).

Once we new for fact baby was a-okay and we got to hear the heart beat and see him on ultrasound...thats when we announced!!

We told parents and siblings...and just 1-2 close friend when we found out...otherwise I'm almost 14 weeks and I haven't told anyone else. My husband told his boss because I'm high risk so if something happens his boss isn't blind sided by it.
