Anything chewable because any of the pills make me nauseous. I took 2 Flintstones chewable tablets a day.

Whatever works best with you! I know women who prefer pills, I preferred the gummies, and they also have chewable. I had to make sure my prenatals had extra iron because I'm anemic. Look at different brands, and different types and make a decision you think is best. I couldn't take the pills because they made me nauseas, so if you're morning sickness is pretty bad, think about the chewables or gummies. They are all pretty much the same when it comes to vitamin content.

They're generally all the same as long as they have alot of folic acid or you take a seperate folic acid pill. If you have morning sickness though, taking a chewable or gummy multivitamin is fine too. That's what I had to do for the first 3 months
