i had a miscarriage the doc gave me some pills so i can start the mc process..no dc.I bled for few days and week n half later very random spottings.This was done on 1/18/17 its 2/28/17 and still no aunt flo....whats the longest it took for u to get ur period back?

I miscarried at 10 weeks, AF returned 5-6 weeks later

I had a natural miscarriage on 1/26 at 5 weeks 5 days and AF showed on 2/21. I've read that the further along you were the longer it may take for AF to show

Mine took around a month and a half to come back around. It all really depends on if your body is ready or not.

My natural miscarriage happened 1/24 and the bleeding was pretty much done 1/31. Waiting for AF to get here already. I've heard everyone is different. For some it only took 2 weeks and others 6-8. Hoping it's soon but I'm not having any symptoms :(
