weight loss & Skyla IUD
So I have gained 30lbs since I had my skyla inserted. Have any of you guys lost weight? If so, what did you do? I eat less than I did before, I am decently active person, and all I do is gain gain gain! 😡 Any help or tips would be great! ❤
