Car Seat for small backseats... Advice needed.

Ok so here's my dilemma. I really love the Graco 4ever car seat. My problem is I don't want to order one and it not fit in the back of my truck. I have a Ford F-150 extended cab and the seat in the back is not only more narrow than a normal bench seat, I don't have a lot of room in the middle because of the in floor center console. I sadly don't live near a Babies R Us to try out car seats before I buy. And buying a new truck is not in the cards right now (Lord knows I want too). So I'm looking for advice from other moms who have small backseats and car seat recommendations since my google search wasn't all that helpful. Thanks!!
