Hey! A little PSA on internet pop ups that claim you have a virus
First, there's no way Apple knows if you have a virus. Seriously.
Secondly, if it wants you to call a number, download an app, divulge personal information or pay for anything, IT IS A SCAM.
Third, if you think your iPhone has a virus, do this:
1. Make sure you have the latest IOS update.
2. Go to iCloud.
3. Make sure backup data is on and click backup.
4. Go settings>general>reset. Select 'Erase all content and settings'.
5. Restore backup and redownload apps if you have to.
If you think it didn't work, take your device to the nearest Apple Store for checking.
