always hungry?

Is it just me? I have never felt all day hunger like this. Has anyone found any snacks they can keep with them to help keep them full?

So I load up on fruits to bring to work with me. Strawberries, cherries, grapes, apples. Sugary cause I crave sugar so much over salty foods. I eat my fruits at work I’ll have like a bagel thin some mornings. Some Greek yogurt and a granola bar. I alternate a lot. Then by like 12 I’m dying. I need junk food. Salads make me sick at this point in the day. I want sandwiches or even breakfast foods like waffles, biscuits, bacon, eggs etc. I could literally eat breakfast 3 meals a day. Before I got pregnant I didn’t eat a lot because I had a lot of weight problems losing a lot of weight and trying not to gain it back. So this is a whole new ball game to me being hungry 10 mins after eating a sandwich or anything in general. It’s crazy. I feel like I’m gaining so much I just hit 13 weeks yesterday and I’ve only gained about 5ish pounds maybe more now? Just because I’m eating actual meals and not 1 meal at 6 at night. It’s mind boggling. Some days I’m fine with the eating and some days I get so depressed I can’t stop crying or even want to get out of bed. From the hours of let’s say 5 on the dot. I mean. I know it’s 5 without even looking at a clock I’m nauseous until about 7 at night then I can eat dinner or a snack whatever I can hold down. And I tell my husband what I’m craving and he will literally get it for me. Doesn’t matter if it’s cookies, gummies (I’ve ate my weight in gummies this whole pregnancy literally) anything just bad and junk foody. Cause he wants the baby happy and I’m like. I’m only 13 weeks this can’t be normal to eat every other hour until 5 and then eat junk food or whatever at night.

I eat a lot of fruit so I'm not stuffing my face with junk (although I would love to just live off Girl Scout cookies, and plain potato chips) and yogurt and granola is a good one. I crave jello a lot. Also artichokes are Delish as always not very filling but it keeps me busy for a while 😁

YESSS!! I wonder how can one person consume this much in a day!? I'm 10w5d and haven't gained anything despite eating nonstop.

I used to just snack all the time! I was a sucker for sweets but tried to also include healthy stuff like fruit and nuts.
