Sex & IUD

Hey guys! I just got the paraguard IUD  for the fist time almost a month ago and thank goodness the bleeding is gone! But now the thing is my sensitive husband says he can feel my strings during sex and that it's painful to him! And it's painful to me too! Any kind of pressure down there hurts or even if I press on my lower belly! Anyone else have this problem ?? Should I be concerned?? Any advice ??? Thanks!
