How are you ladies getting the baby to move down/dilate? 🤔

Well yoga ball and bounce, walk stairs lots and lots of stairs, walking in general, squats, rotate hips in yoga ball also. It's worked for everyone I know but me. I ended up with a csection. If this one gets into position I'll try for this one also. Oh and lots and lots and lots of sex. It helps to thin you, once won't work.

I've been using evening primrose oil, red raspberry leaf tea and squatting/birth ball. (The fEPO only works to help efface, not dialate and the tea helps tone the uterus and make contractions more efficient..) and here next week when my hours go down at work I'll be walking a lot on my days off.

I've been walking a lot and I seem to get much more pelvic pressure after I'm standing and I can feel his head turn in my pelvis. But then again he was never really high to begin with.
I don't know if I'm dilated because I'm only 32 weeks but I'm going to explain the pressure and period cramping today to my doctor to see if it's normal at this point
