Long story..need opinions

So i got engaged to my boyfriend of two years and found out we were pregnant shortly after. Recently, (January) he dumped me because he wants to sleep with other people. Yes this sounds shitty but we were both virgins when we started dating and I think he's just getting cold feet about the baby and the marriage. He is going to be a great father regardless of his feelings for me however he says he loves me just not enough to stay on the relationship and not end up cheating because he's curious about other women. Do not suggest bringing in three ways in order to make it work. I will not do that. Ever. That's cheating end of story. The weird thing is he tells me maybe in a few years he could see us getting back together but he's "pretty sure that won't happen". He still tells me he loves me. He still has sex with me.
