just got off my period and I started again what is going on

Ok so the last day of my last period was the 17th of February ( it was a couple days late) and on the 28th I smoked weed with a friend in his car and he fingered me when I went back inside I was spotting I just figured he was a little rougher with it than I thought the next day we hung out and smoked again and we had sex later that day the spotting was heavier and by the next morning it was pretty much a full on period (been having to wear pads not panty liners) the only thing is my cramps are usually so bad I can't move and with whatever is going on there's barely any cramps just some pressure in my lower stomach and back and the blood is a very light red almost pink vs when I get my period it is much darker and my flow is very light but heavy enough for a pad vs my normal periods are pretty heavy can anyone tell me what in the hell is going on I've had 2 miscarriages and I don't want to risk another if I can help it TIA
