Just found this it hurts... it's on my stomach on a stretch mark. Idk if it's a infected poor, in grown hair, or a spider bite. It hurts, and it feels like it is filled with puss. What should I do?

Does it itch? It looks like the beginning of pupps to me

It's infected for sure, I'd soak it with a hot rag to get it to drain, and use a little antibiotic ointment. If it doesn't clear up, have it checked out.
