Fashion help

I'm travelling tomorrow to see friends with hubby. 3 hours drive there, a few hours spent with them and then 3 hours drive back. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and have no idea what to wear, Im thinking anything I'm comfortable in the car in isnt going to look great while we are there. My comfortable is harem trousers and a jumper but I don't want to look like a scab while I'm up there. Any advice?
