How to tell if you're leaking? I always feel like I'm wet!

I never know if it's pee, if I'm leaking, if it's discharge and etc. Every time I'm up walking or doing something active it feels like I'm dripping and wet. Anyone else?

I've always had a lot of discharge-even before I was pregnant. I can usually tell if it's pee lol my midwife said check color and odor. She said if you are worried about the amount to walk around naked and if it is dripping/running down your legs it is too much and needs to be checked out. As if I have time to wander around the house naked lol
