why haven't we conceived yet??😔

My husband and I have been TTC for 11 months. We have been to the dr to have the fertility tests done (semen analysis, HSG, progesterone test, pelvic exam, blood work) and they all came back good. I'm ovulating, he is good, I am on a prenatal vitamin, vitamin D, eating healthy and drinking water. I thought I would be happy that all of our tests came back good but now I'm more frustrated 😔 if something was wrong I would understand why we haven't conceived yet but there is nothing. why hasn't it happened yet??? Has anyone gone through this and had any success??
