ovulation frustration

I'm at a loss... I'm either on day 16 or 19 of my cycle (I had 2-3 days of minor spotting before my period started, so not sure how to count that), and I've had ZERO positive ovulation test results. I'm using Clearblue digital tests, right after I wake up in the morning as well as at night (after not using the restroom for 4 hours like the test suggests). I'm frustrated, sad, angry, and confused... anyone have suggestions/recommendations/words of advice?
