These are my two positives from different pregnancies, I tested a week and a half ago and got a negative. Could this mean it could be twins?

With my first pregnancy I didn't get a faint line until after my period was late one day. 
With my second pregnancy I got a faint line four days before my period was due. With 2nd, the lines were super dark by period due date. 
Both were one baby. 
But who knows, only way to know for sure is the ultrasound. Good luck!

Its all about implantation. 
My second was twins (absored) and i got a pos at 4 weeks my son was a songle and i got a pos at 3 weeks..
