Is it odd that my MIL will buy stuff for the baby, but only show my husband and text him about it? She hasn't once asked me what I need or want, but won't stop buying what she wants. I was looking at my husbands phone and he showed me the pictures and I commented on how cute.

I was thinking she was just going to give it as a gift for the baby shower...but my husband will be there too. Wouldn't it be a surprise for him too? I don't know. I feel like I'm not really included in something that is strictly between my SO and his mom..
