feeling a lot of pressure down there

Feeling a LOT of pressure down there every certain time.. I'm 39 weeks.. could that be sign of anything? I haven't been feeling well .. i also feel pressure in my butt.. Should I go to the hospital?? The baby isn't moving anymore.. is just doing that
