how did you feel after your hormone shots were over?

The first probably 10 weeks of pregnancy I felt great, no morning sickness at all and was on hormone shots. They took me off estrogen maybe around 9 weeks and I just got off progesterone at 12 weeks. The last week I have felt more morning sickness and headaches ? Even though I am really entering the second trimester I actually feel sicker. Do you think it has anything to do with getting off the hormone shots? Maybe body is balancing out? Just curious anyone's experiences. Thanks!
