JAIL OR NO JAIL??

This is a question that doesn't belong here BUT i have an uncle who had a disabled kid and he gets money from his social security benefits each month but my uncle wasted the money on stuff like beer or other things what could happen to him ???) or what can I do to stop what's going on.

My grandma did and still does the same damn thing. Neither my brother or I are disabled but she got us taken away from our parents and then she started getting child support and ever since I could remind until the day I turned 18 was that she would buy beer, cigarettes and anything else she wanted but then my brother and I didn't have clothes, no food, and absolutely nothing we needed so we had to go to our other grandparents. Social services got called on them several times for them being unfit because they were drunk 24/7 and she would smoke weed with my little brother and then call the cops on him. Nothing ever happened to her, my brother is still 17 but doesn't live with her and now has a baby on the way and has a bunch of stuff on his record bdxaude of her. She could have gotten in a huge amount of trouble if our county would have cared enough because that kind of money is for the children and things they need. Not stuff they want. That kind of stuff boils my blood.
