Stopped the pill and now have spots

I came off the pill in June 2016 as my husband and I are TTC. Since then I tend to always have at least 1 spot on my face - is this connected? I've tried all sorts f face wash / creams etc but nothing works. I can't go back on the pill obvs so does anyone have any suggestions?
