I started spotting 2 days ago with the worst cramps I ever felt in my life , yesterday I started bleeding more and passed 2 greyish white clots that were connected to red clots and now the bleeding and pain has started to decrease. I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative though. Was this a miscarriage? I can't really find anything else about passing grey looking clots that isn't a miscarriage. I'm currently on the depo shot and got my first one on February 7th. Just kinda worried and can't see my doctor till tomorrow.
