This was me the day before I gave birth (39w3d) and my guy was almost 7 lbs.  You can't tell much from the size of your belly.

Doctors can be wrong about baby's size alot. If your worried about your belly size at all, it's bigger than mine was and I had an 8 pounder. Try not to worry too much about it❤

My sister was tiny her whole pregnancy I'm seven months and im already bigger than she ever was. Anyway, my niece must have been hiding in her back because she was massive! Almost 8 pounds 😮

Doctors can be wrong about the size but it doesnt matter if he/she is small, the smaller ones are little warriors ! Youll be fine whatever the outcome♡

Hopefully not, since a premie has a higher risk of health issues. Being born before 37 weeks is not something that is encouraged.
Doctors can only make guesses. I had a friend that had preterm labor at 31 weeks, they got it to stop and placed her on bedrest. It was expected that she'd go early. Little bit had different ideas and went almost a week after the original due date. 
My doctor told me, the day before I delivered, that my first would only be about 7lbs, she was 9lbs3oz.

I was born at 40+ weeks and was small so maybe hopefully just a healthy full term baby. Having a preemie is hard term if not full term is best for baby.
