Anyone induced but dialated already?

I'm kind of freaking out and stressing out. This will be my 6th Child so giving birth is not new to me but being induced is. Now I was almost 3cm a week ago but I was wondering if anyone had been induced and already dialated and how long your labor was? Usually my labors only last 2 or 3 hours but that's naturally. I have a fear of hospitals so the less time I'm there the better if there are no complications.
