English breakfast tea?

Is it safe? I know some teas aren't safe and I had the English breakfast yesterday at Starbucks with a lemon and it made me feel so much better! It was a small cup so is it okay to drink? It's a black tea I know that

Sleepytime is fine
Mint is fine
Green is fine
Unless you are drinking a bathtub worth of the teas listed above you are fine.

I've had that an chammomile tea this pregnancy and I think the only teas to worry about are the sleepy time teas and green teas (I think I'm not sure lol) but mint tea also helped a lot when I wasn't feeling well!
