Anyone still in shock?

I keep looking at this and still thinking no way is this real? I haven't told my husband yet maybe that is why it hasn't totally hit me.

Yea I'm still in shock now. I went to my pcp to get it confirmed yes and have an appointment with my ob tomorrow. Very much in shock and a bit nervous since this is my first ever pregnancy and hoping it sticks.

In the same boat the first week after I found out. 
I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and will tell my boyfriend at around 7 weeks for a few reasons .. it's just crazy! But I do have symptoms some days that when I'm like oh okay you are .. 💕😊👶🏼🙌 so exciting and scary

I took three tests yesterday to make sure I wasn't dreaming and they were all SUPER dark lines. I still don't think it's hit me yet.
