I am absolutely horrible about remembering to take my birth control pill! Right now I'm taking the mini pill because I'm breastfeeding and pumping. She's 4 months old now. My periods are absolutely horrible, showing up every other week. It's really annoying (and that's with taking them daily). I'm thinking about getting implanon or nexplanon, or the patch....I will not use an IUD ever nor would I do depo shots. I've used seasonique....spotted the entire time...used nuvaring....gained weight horribly and caused my vitamin d and thyroid levels to go out of wack. Which would you suggest? Any experiences with any of them? How do they help acne? Weight gain?
