Postpartum Body
I had my son six weeks ago. I struggled with anxiety and depression prior to my pregnancy, throughout it I was in a good place. Since I've had my son though I've struggled a lot with both again and have had a hard time coming to terms with my postpartum body. Before getting pregnant I was in very good shape but had some complications during which made it difficult for me to stay as active as I had been before. Needless to say I haven't snapped back as quickly as I thought. Anyone else feeling this way?
