ENDO!!

Please someone help!! What are the symptoms of endo?!? I already have PCOS, but is it possible to then also get endometriosis ?? I have been getting the most PAINFUL cramps all day for around 2 months (mainly when I'm not on my period) and get VERY BLOATED and sometimes feel nauseous cause I'm in so much pain😭😭😭 this is the most pain I've EVER experienced and no pain relief or heat packs are helping! (ps on the pill for 2 years and this never has happened)
