car seat safety

Does anyone else get genuinely concerned when they see babies with improper car seat protocol being followed? I mentioned to one of my good friends her chest clip was too low and could seriously harm her child if she was ever to get into an accident and she got extremely angry. I was simply trying to educate her and ensue her child is as safe as possible. Please guys, place your child's chest clip properly as well as their seat straps. It's our job as a parent to ensure complete safety for your child in every way possible.
